About Me
I'm currently a Product Leader at Amazon, where I lead a confidential 0-1 agentic AI program that makes thousands of engineering teams more productive — rethinking how developers build as AI agents move from autocomplete to autonomous collaborators. One of 10 teams across Amazon selected to present our work to Andy Jassy and the Amazon S-team.
My work spans the full arc of AI-native product — taking developer-facing mechanisms from zero to multi-team adoption in weeks, and grounding the decisions along the way in rigorous data analysis.
Over 10+ years, I've delivered AI-powered innovation across global enterprises. Before Amazon, I built and led a global analytics function from the ground up at WPP, reporting to the C-suite and driving insights across People, Finance and Client data.
I started my career in technical consulting at a boutique firm, where I came to own our largest client relationship, helped establish our New York office, and advised C-suite executives on financial planning and strategy through major transitions — including a CEO succession and the Kantar divestiture.
Technical Skills
I work across the full stack of AI/ML platforms (LLMs, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Conversational AI), code in Python and JavaScript (React, Next.js), and architect solutions on AWS (Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda). I'm comfortable prototyping with GenAI tools, querying with SQL, and visualizing data across a whole suite of products (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Flourish, Dash, etc.). Increasingly, that means working through AI rather than just building it: orchestrating coding agents, authoring reusable skills and tools to automate my own recurring work, and treating rigorous data analysis as the backbone of every product decision.
How I Work with AI
I hold myself to the same bar I set for the products I build. I track my own AI-native practice deliberately — moving from one-off prompts to orchestrating parallel agents, building reusable skills for recurring work, and adding verification passes so I can trust what agents produce. I think the definition of “developer” is changing as agents move from autocomplete to autonomous collaborators, and I try to stay a step ahead of that curve in how I work, not just what I ship.
Beyond Product Management
I'm passionate about personal finance and using technology to help others. I've built several web applications focused on helping people make better financial decisions—my UK salary calculator has helped over 3,000 people so far understand their compensation with all the nuances of RSU's.
I experienced my whole high school years in Shanghai, China. Built up a strong proficiency in Mandarin including an intensive language course at Shanghai Jiaotong University, and graduated university from Warwick Business School. Since graduating, I've lived/worked in New York City, London and now Seattle.
